Cancellation Policy

We understand the concerns of traveling in these inconvenient times. Therefore we have revised our cancellation policy that will override our regular policy. After booking your holiday accommodation, if travel is restricted from either governments or if a mandatory quarantine is in place, we are giving a 100% refund until 5 days before your arrival day. This so as to ensure our guests peace of mind and offer a lot of flexibility. We can also arrange to move your dates subject to availability. Please note this cancellation policy applies to all our houses, except for 'Magnificent house in Gozo with large private pool' and 'Unique holiday house in Victoria Gozo'. All pre-payments for these two houses are non-refundable. 


Extra Measures

Since the start of the pandemic, we have instructed our cleaners to take extra care to ensure a risk-free stay. We have been dedicating extra time between guests for thorough cleaning and laundry. The house will be disinfected before your arrival. At check-in you will only be meeting your host who will be following safety procedures and prepared with sanitary items. If you prefer, we can also arrange for you to have a contact-free check-in.

Unlike hotels and other shared residences, all our properties are completely private. You will have sole access to all the rooms and pool area, further ensuring the safest holiday possible.

Guidelines

We are following and regularly consulting with the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) to ensure that the risk of COVID-19 spread is mitigated. We are committed to safeguard our employees' and guests' health while complying with the authority's guidelines to ensure you have the safest holiday possible.
